- Merertu Geleta is an Oromo student living in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. At 18, she is the youngest of Team OPride. Besides her work as assistant editor at OPride.com, she is also an active youth leader currently serving as the secretary of the International Oromo Youth Association (IOYA).
